Refund policy

1. We accept cancellations for free within 12 hours.

2. After 12 hours it will result in 10% charge from the total sum of item price and shipping costs. 

3. There is no cancelation to custom and personalized order if we started to make it.

4. Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees. 

5. Only after the Seller gets the parcel back the Buyer can get the refund if the item is in the same condition it arrived to you. The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service commissions and fees of payment systems seller us.

6. We cannot be held responsible and do not refund for not receiving parcel when the tracking shows DELIVERED. You may contact your mailman. 

7. Delivery time will depend on Customs Service, Postal Service in your country. Sometimes mailman brings the parcel when no one is home and do NOT leave the notifications. So, I advise you call your post office within 7 days.

8. Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.

9. Shipping before holidays
Shipping time is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the work of the post offices. No comments or refunds for the late delivery, please.

10. In case of return of the goods please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment (even if the item was bought at free shipping sale).

11. Some shades of colors cannot be found in fabrics we use plain colors available on the market that can be found. If you make the order you agree that the plain color of fabric may be used to make the toy. No refunds due to the darkness or shades of colors. Different monitors have different color settings and the shades of the colors may show differently at different monitors

12. If the toy is expected to have long fur, we have a right to use minky as the main fabric with short fur. Long fur colors and their availability is limited on the market. You confirm that you agree to, no refunds for the not matching color or lengths of the fur.

13. Toys that have been washed or water applied can not be returned or refunded, sorry.
